This engaging course will give you the tools to help others unlock their creativity, whether you are interested in leading mindful writing sessions or deepening your professional offerings. Receive exclusive access to best practices first-hand from one of the most lauded and experienced voices in the journaling space, Laura L. Rubin (founder of AllSwell), as she shares the knowledge she’s honed from over a decade of leading transformative creative sessions. 

Topics covered include:

The program is comprised of five interactive 1 hour and 45-minute sessions (recorded to be reviewed on-demand for those who cannot make a session and / or want to revisit the material).
