Our founder Laura L. Rubin created this series in response to requests from workshop participants who wanted more guided experiences, particularly on the heels of the MOJO series. Tapping powerful and effective content Laura created for private groups, she’s delivering it publicly here

HOW IT WORKS:
  • Three live 1-hour interactive sessions led by AllSwell’s founder, Laura L. Rubin featuring custom prompts and writing-based exercises to do in real-time.
  • Once per week (Tuesday evenings) for 3 consecutive weeks.
  • You can participate as much or as little as you like. At no point will you be asked to reach from your journal. 
  • Each session is recorded in case you cannot make it, you’re able to watch and follow along at your own convenience.
